Needs Assessment
Work with client to develop project plan and specifications

Pilot Study
Create system for a small area at the beginning of the project for client
to see how mapping system will look.

Software/Hardware Specs and Acquisition
Work with client to determine if any existing hardware will need to be updated,
and aid in the selection, ordering, and installation of the appropriate GIS software.

Data Conversion and/or Creation
Build the mapping system from ground up, starting with the base layer of data,
(i.e., Assessor parcel boundaries and street centerlines).

System Delivery & Installation
Deliver system to client with up-to-date information. Work with client to
install data and set up working environment.

Training & Technical Support
Provide on-site training using client's system and data. This hands-on
approach is the best and quickest way to learn how to use the system properly.
Technical support available on-site, via telephone, or direct login.
