Christian County Bridge Replacement No. 18700041

• Great River designed a replacement bridge to span the Finley River in Christian County .
• The new bridge was to replace the existing truss bridge adjacent to the Riverdale Mill.
• The new bridge will be a prestressed concrete I-girder bridge with a total bridge length of 185-feet with a 24-foot wide bridge deck.
• Due to the project being located adjacent to the mill and an old historic general store, several feet of concrete retaining wall had to be designed to keep the approach roadway fill from encroaching onto these properties.
